"I am a parent who prides herself in always providing my child with any and all equipment that will protect/prevent him from injury. I purchased my son a helmet of his own that I thought would help protect him. When we heard of the Shockstrips I immediately thought "what a great idea!" We always put pads on our kids to protect their knees, elbows, shins, ribs and even thighs. It only made sense to put extra padding outside their helmets.

The first thing I noticed about the strips was the lack of the "cracking" noise that was a familiar sound when the boys would make helmet to helmet contact. After wearing the helmet for the first time my son couldn't stop taking about how great they felt. As a QB he doesn't take too many helmet to helmet hits, however I feel better knowing that if he were to get one he is more protected with them then without."
